PROBLEM: Wasting time clicking Ribbon commands to add new rows at the foot of a Table.
SOLUTION: Save time when increasing rows in a Word Table.
Word 2010, 2013 & 2016 – Inserting new rows at the bottom of a Table
Quickly insert a new row at the bottom of a Table:
- Place the insertion point in the last column of the last row of the Table.
- Press the TAB key. A new row will automatically be inserted into the Table.
Note: the new row will copy the design and layout settings from the previous row.
