What type of training do you do?

Courses in Microsoft Office applications – for the non-technical user. Absolute beginners to the more advanced professional…and those in between.

Where and when do your courses run?

We are a training company that specialises in running group courses onsite at your place of work on a day and time that works for you. If you don’t have the space onsite we can recommend some excellent training venues.

We don’t run public scheduled courses.

 

Can you customise the training to suit my needs?

Absolutely – please contact us to discuss how we can help.

Do the courses support Mac users?

No – our courses are designed for PC users only.

I don’t have a laptop to learn on

We have a number of training laptops we can supply for your training session at no charge. Just let us know if you would like us to reserve one for your training session.

What do I need to bring with me to the session?

Just you.  If there is anything else you will be required to bring we will let you know.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes – the training is aimed at adults so the minimum age is 18 years old. We look forward to hearing from you again when you are over 18.

Do you provide workbooks?

Yes – you will receive a comprehensive workbook or reference guide with instructions on the topics covered in the course. You can also request a copy of the exercise files used during the training so that you can try them out again after the course.

What is the maximum number of learners on a course?

Our courses cater for a maximum of 12 learners.

Do I receive a certificate after attending a course?

Yes, on request we supply you with a Certificate of Attendance.

Is the certificate endorsed by Microsoft® Corporation?

No – the certificate isn’t part of the Microsoft® certification stream. If this is what you are looking for please visit the Microsoft® Learning, certifications and exams page.

What kind of post training support do you offer?

We offer free email support on anything you covered in your course. We offer support during normal working hours and do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.

Which versions of Office do you teach?

Our courses can be delivered for Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 and the latest version 2016.
