If you were familiar with Pivot tables in Excel versions prior to Excel 2007 you will be very used to working with the blue lines of the Pivot Table and the ability to drag and drop data right on to the Pivot Table.

SOLUTION: Gain more screen “real-estate” by changing your display settings.
PROBLEM: Have you ever tried to perfectly align a line of check
boxes or shapes? It’s not easy!
SOLUTION: Take control and easily knock wayward shapes back into line. Note: check out the tip on nudging – it’s fabulous!
PROBLEM: You need a PDF copy of your document or spreadsheet.
SOLUTION: Create a PDF straight from Word or Excel.
PROBLEM: Wasting time flicking between the actual document and Print Preview. This can become annoying, especially when you need to make minor alterations before printing.
SOLUTION: Use shortcut keys to move in and out of Print Preview.
