For well over two decades Sharyn has introduced learners to the “Wonderful World of Technology” via classroom, coaching and e-learning. What Sharyn has found is regardless of the learner’s business size, industry or culture, developing skills through exposure to practical training, tips and time-saving software features increases work output and confidence in no time.
Sharyn is an expert trainer. She became the first certified Microsoft® MOUS Authorised Instructor in New Zealand. She is endorsed by Microsoft® as a qualified Microsoft® Office Specialist and is a member of the Microsoft® Certified Trainer Alumni. She has more than 20 years of experience in the training industry, developing and delivering technology training programmes, coaching and mentoring in-house trainers and creating courseware including e-learning.
Sharyn’s professional approach to taking the “techie-speak” out of technology training has placed her as a preferred supplier to many of New Zealand’s leading organisations – including the Auckland Chamber of Commerce who has used Sharyn as their supplier of Excel training courses for their staff and members since 2010.
